Set of four Buffalo 4.5S wire wheel hubs and caps,Marmon plates in hubcaps

Description

They have average wear and tear but still in pretty good condition. Some nicks,scrapes and pipewrench jaw marks. One front hub and one rear hub have lefthand threads for the right side of the vehicle,one front hub and one rear hub have righthand threads for the left side of the vehicle. The threads have a bit more slack in them than when they were new. There are no bearings in the front hubs,maybe a race or two. A plate that screws into the back of the front hub to hold the bearing and lubrication in is in one side,missing out of the other. One cap has a big nail through it for unknown reasons,maybe to keep something in place. These are designated as S or MS series. I don't have any wheels but if I did,according to one authority I consulted,the wheel center would not show the ridges in it to match the ones in the hub,a little fancier than ones that show the ridges. These have Marmon plates and presumably came off Marmon axles,but were appropriate for many mid-size vehicles. I have a list but it's among the missing right now,when located it will be included in the listing. These are heavy in a group. Will be sent FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.
